Terms and Conditions
Order receipt is every Friday, earliest possible shipment is Tuesday the following week allowing the collectors to comply with the order.
Example: You order on Friday, July 11, first possible shipment would be
Tuesday, July 22 or any day after.

Minimum single order is 12 boxes, trial order may be lower. In all cases shipment must be above 100 kg to avail of reasonable air freight charges.
Should DOAs (Dead on Arrival) occur, the corresponding amount shall be fully deducted from the invoice. DOA should be claimed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of shipment.

Please specify if sea grass should be shipped with sediment. Not all algae will be shipped with substrate but they attach easily in the reef tanks.
Charges:
Organisms according to current price list in US$, for Germany in EURO
Packing charge per box: 11 US$
Handling and documentation: 65 US$
Freight charge in US$ (depending on the airline and destination)
Should you have special wishes for organisms not on the list, please contact us for individual arrangements.
For international shipments the costs will be estimated according to the order volume and air freight charges. Advance payment in US$ is then requested. Please email us for actual prices and information on how to make payments.
